Q. I have added my site, but I still don’t find it?

A.  There could be two reasons for that;

  1. You must have to add your site following our privacy & policy.
  2. May be your site is not Bangladesh related for that reason webmaster/Admin skipped it.

Q. I wish to remove an old or out of date site from the directory?

A.  Complete our contact form with the words REMOVE URL in the comment field and be sure to state your full URL.

Or if you want to remove back dated data and update your directory you have to edit your site. Or you can send mail to us and we’ll further process it. After one year validity of your directory you have to renew it otherwise it will not shows in the site. By renew your site you can update and remove unnecessary data form the site.

Q. I've found a business with inaccurate details, how can I get this changed?

A.  If it is not your business, then send us an e-mail to inform us. Then we’ll do its further process. We’ll delete inaccurate details and put you new and appropriate details in the site.
